When will I be billed?

If you have a long term agreement, you will be bill automatically on the first of the month. If you entered into a 30 day agreement, your second payment is due  30 days after the first day that you signed up for the subscription, which is your "go-live" date.  Thus if you subscribed on June 1, your billing cycle starts on June 2, and your second payment is due 30 days after June 2, or July 2.

If you elect to terminate, you still have to provide 30 days notice.Thus, if you wish to terminate after one month, you would provide a termination notice on July 2, and you subscription would end 30 days later. You would not be billed for July. We do not pro rate within a month billing cycle.
