How do I process a client refund?
PinnedRequesting a Client Refund via the DirectLaw Platform
1) Log into your Attorney Dashboard
2) Click on the Client Admin tab
3) Locate the client purchase/order info using the search functions.
4) Click on the Request Refund link under the Action column to the right of the order/purchase to be refunded.
DirectLaw will process the refund and notify the firm when complete. Refund requests are given priority status.
